SHIFTED is an educational book created for long-term career shift workers operating under extended, rotating, or overnight schedules.

It explains—clearly and practically—how circadian disruption affects recovery, metabolism, cardiovascular strain, cognitive performance, and long-term health, and how workers can better manage these effects over the course of a career.
